HOW IT GOT STARTED

I came from my mother's womb to the planet of bipeds, leaving the first deep scream as a sample of rebellion. Since I know that I will release the strings of my mind if I do not tell it in an environment where you grow up being drawn to the darkness of people without knowing that you will be afraid of your own darkness, this news and analysis site will be a written reference source where I will evaluate the geopolitics of the Middle East, that is, the results of the relations that the governments that change and transform the order through their non-human, non-sensory perceptions but thinking political identities in lands where peoples are accustomed to suffering different kinds of pain; with each other, with others independent of each other and with others in the Middle East depending on each other.

Ceren Cano studied Political Science at Bilgi University, MSc Middle East Politics at SOAS - University of London, and Arabic Culture and Literature at the same university. Since she could not stop her curious mind, she completed her News Journalism education at the London School of Journalism and subsequently lived in Lebanon during the Syrian war and in Tunisia 3 years after the war, while continuing her academic research and studies. She is a citizen of the earth who still does not give up her love for the darkroom, who approaches the black and white photography education she received at the University of the Arts London with the understanding and vision of John Berger, but who constantly tries to add the contributions of her 15 years of painting education to the aesthetics and perception of the eye.

As a former Leman alumna, she will not refrain from adding the flavours of black humour, writing, and most importantly poetry to her life, and the black satire of international relations to her academic articles. Pleasant reading; if you want to save my personal brainstorm from loneliness, please do not hesitate to join me by writing, but I am always at sea...
